How do I become a member of

Registering with is free and easy. Simply go to the Register Page and sign-up for an account. You'll need to verify your email address and create a password. Once you're registered you can start using the study platform and begin posting in the EA Forum.

How do I upgrade my membership with

Once you have an account with you can easily upgrade to ENROLLED AGENT EXAM PLUS+ to get the most out of your study experience. Just visit the Upgrade Page to learn more about our premium features. Once you're ready to upgrade simply click 'Start Now' to complete the process.

How do I cancel my ENROLLED AGENT EXAM PLUS+ subscription?

Go to the Account Page, below your active subscription information you will see a button labeled 'Cancel Subscription'. Click on that button and follow the instructions. Your subscription will continue for the duration of the billing cycle. Your payment method will no longer be charged after the billing cycle ends at which point you will lose access to the ENROLLED AGENT EXAM PLUS+ premium features.

How do I start a study session?

Once you've registered an account you can access the Study Platform by going to the top navigation bar and clicking on (Study > Questions). You can then choose the topics you wish to study and click 'Go Study' when you are ready to begin your study session.

How do I update my payment information.

If you have a subscription to ENROLLED AGENT EXAM PLUS+ and would like to update your payment or billing information go to the Account Page. You can then view your active subscription, you will notice a button labeled 'Update Payment Method'. Click that button to update your billing information.

Is really FREE?

Absolutely! We offer over 1000 EA questions along with community support absolutely free. All you have to do is register an account to access the study tools and platform. We also offer ENROLLED AGENT EXAM PLUS+ that provides access to additional questions, performance analytics, and practice exams.

How do I change my display name in the community forum?

If you would like to change the user name that displays when you post and reply within the community forum go to the Account Page. You can then change your display name as well as enter other information to complete your public community profile.

How do I change my password?

If you can login to your account you can change your password by going to the Account Page. If you don't remember your password go to the Reset Password Page, enter your email address and follow the instructions.

How do I view payment history and access my receipts?

If you have an ENROLLED AGENT EXAM PLUS+ subscription you can access your payment history by going to the Account Page. You can view receipts for each recurring payment on this page as well.
